(âCDPQ Infraâ), a procurement agent for Caisse de dĂ©pĂŽt et placement du QuĂ©bec, as the preferred proponent for the engineering, procurement, and construction of the RĂ©seau express mĂ©tropolitain (âREMâ). NouvLR is a consortium comprised of: Groupe Aecon QuĂ©bec LtĂ©e, Dragados Canada Inc., EBC Inc., Pomerleau Inc., and SNC-Lavalin Grands Projets Inc.
